Are the logos custom designed?

Yes! Every logo that we produce is designed by hand, from scratch based on your design ideas. After your order is completed an artist will contact you within 24 hours to begin the design process.

Other sites offer logo packages with more revisions, more proofs, more options, etc. Is all this necessary?

Absolutely not! If a company cannot design something you like in the first few tries, what good are 20 proofs and unlimited revisions? We offer three variations of the logo concept based on your conversations with the artist doing your design. You may then request up to two rounds of revisions to fine-tune your favorite variation.

How long will everything take?

We can complete your order in 3 to 5 days depending on the number of add-ons that you purchase. If you are ordering printing services, printing will begin after design phase is complete. Delivery times of printed materials will depend on the shipping options purchased.

What if I need additional custom design work?

Just let us know. We can handle nearly anything and offer many additional printing options than listed. We would be happy to talk to you about your custom project needs.

What guarantees do you offer?

How does 100% money back sound? If you are not satisfied with your logo design after the second round of revisions we will have a new artist contact you to make a round of good faith revisions. If after this final revision you are unsatisfied with the logo design, we will refund your purchase in full. It’s that easy.

What if I already have a logo?

Not a problem, you can still take advantage of our great branding add-ons and printing prices. Before design work begins you will be contacted by an artist to get your logo art files before proceeding on the design work.

What if I only need printing?

Not a problem! Just jump over to our printing only page and order whatever you need. After your order is completed we will contact you to arrange for transfer of your art files.
